Frequently Asked Questions

Why are the Welch Allyn FlexiPort EcoCuff Single Patient Use Blood Pressure Cuffs different to apply than my previous cuff?
keyboard_arrow_downMost blood pressure readings are taken on a patient's left arm. When traditional cuffs are applied properly, the tubing ends up under the patient's arm. This can be uncomfortable for patients and makes accessing the cuff tubing difficult for clinicians.
When Flexiport Disposable Blood Pressure Cuffs are applied properly to a patient's left arm, the port and tubing are located near the top of the bicep, making it easy to access the tubing and improving comfort for the patient.
